If I request inspection today, will it finish today?
It depends on availability, vehicle, repairs, parts and documents. It is unconfirmed until the garage accepts the car and confirms expected completion. This page does not retrieve live slots.
My inspection expires tomorrow. What should I tell the garage first?
Give the exact expiry first, followed by make and model, warning lights, symptoms, available times and loan-car needs. Ask about completion before expiry, not just whether you can drop off the car.
My inspection has expired. Can I drive to a nearby garage?
Do not drive on public roads with an expired inspection. A short distance or appointment does not extend validity. Ask the garage about transport and check any required procedures with the municipality or transport authority.
Does “from 45 or 60 minutes” mean I can arrive without booking?
Minimum service duration and walk-in acceptance are different. Confirm vehicle conditions, pre-checks, intake cutoffs and workload. Submitting a web form alone is not a confirmed booking.
Which extra costs should I check for an urgent inspection?
Ask about diagnosis, necessary repairs, extra work, loan cars, transport and cancellation, as well as statutory and service charges. Do not treat unknown costs as zero. Agree on total-cost confirmation before extra work.
