Free estimate requests
The form stores your email, optional name, area, vehicle details, self-reported expiry, request-consent wording and time, and optional marketing preference. Submission does not confirm a price, booking or discount. Marketing is off by default and must not be sent until inbox access is confirmed. Email confirmation does not verify identity, ownership or expiry. Garage sharing requires separate confirmation. Estimate requests are in intake testing before email delivery starts. Use your private receipt link to delete the request or stop optional emails. Requests become ineligible for use after 90 days and are deleted during subsequent intake processing. Keep the management link private.
Private tool feedback
The feedback form stores your selected tool, message, language, consent version and submission time for private service improvements. No email is requested, and feedback is not automatically published as a review. Do not include names or vehicle identifiers. Retention and a public deletion contact have not yet been configured.
Current service and operator details
The free inspection-planning tools and area guides are publicly available. The operator’s legal name, address, and public contact point have not been configured. These details and this page must be completed before garage referrals or advertising email delivery.
Guest calculations and history
Free calculations do not require your name or email. Results are stored in the current tab’s session storage for up to two hours and excluded from history after expiry. Clear history in My account on shared devices. Browser session restoration may restore this storage.
Member profiles
We store the account identifier and email supplied by Sign in with ChatGPT, plus your display name, language, and preferences. Calculation results are stored only when you select Save to member history, with the latest 100 retained. Deleting your profile also deletes preferences and saved history. Your ChatGPT account is unaffected.
Newsletter and offer preferences
Preferences are optional and unchecked by default. Currently they are stored only as interest in future delivery. Sender details, an unsubscribe method, and necessary confirmation procedures must be in place before delivery begins. No discount, benefit, or sending frequency is promised.
Business inquiries
Company name, contact name, business email, area, proposal, and consent time are stored to review and respond to the inquiry. This is not advertising consent. Inbox ownership is not verified and these are not represented as verified leads. The site administrator can review stored records; no public listing is exposed.
Sharing with garages
Garage referral intake is disabled. A future flow must identify recipients, purpose, and shared fields before consent, and distinguish email access from identity, vehicle, and expiry verification. Membership or update preferences alone do not authorize selling or sharing your information with garages.
Storage, deletion, and access
Members can delete saved history and profiles in My account. The business-inquiry retention policy and public deletion contact have not yet been configured. Currently, request deletion through your existing contact with the site owner. Database access is restricted to site administration.
